Otter Creek (Piute, Sevier) originates in the Fishlake National Forest on the Wasatch Plateau eight miles north of Fish Lake. It flows south southwest through Koosharem Reservoir and finally drains into Otter Creek Reservoir where it joins the East Fork of the Sevier River. The creek got its name from the numerous otters that used to inhabit the area. Nearby towns are Burrville, Koosharem, Greenwich and Angle.
